No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for different periods depending on the type of information and our relationship with you:

A. Contact and Account Information:

● Active users/donors: Until account closure plus 7 years for legal/tax purposes

● Newsletter subscribers: Until you unsubscribe

B. Financial Information:

● Donation records: 7 years for tax and legal requirements

● Payment information: Until transaction is complete, then securely deleted, unless recurring donation agreement is provided

C. Program Participation:

● Service records: 5 years for program evaluation and reporting

● Volunteer records: 7 years for reference and legal purposes

D. Website Usage Data:

● Analytics data: 26 months

● Cookie data: As specified in our Cookie Policy

E. Legal and Dispute-Related Information:

● As long as necessary to resolve disputes or comply with legal obligations
